The President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in case of violation of the rules of personal data protection.

Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing.

  • a. The data is processed by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (data processing is necessary to respond to inquiries) for contact purposes in connection with sending inquiries to Oliwin’s contact mailboxes.
  • b. The data is processed by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in the event of consent to the processing of personal data for direct and personal marketing purposes. The above is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject.
  • c. By providing your email address in the contact form, you consent to receiving correspondence and commercial information from the Controller by electronic means to the email address provided in the form, concerning Oliwin services within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002. Providing your email address is voluntary, but necessary to process your inquiry by email. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to Oliwin at the address provided above.
  • d. By providing your telephone number in the contact form, you consent to the Controller providing you with information about Oliwin services by telephone in accordance with the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response or commercial information.

Period of storage of personal data.

  • a. The Controller will store the data provided on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR until the case is closed.
  • b. The Controller will store the data provided on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR until consent to their processing is withdrawn.

Rights related to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to: request the Controller to access your personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to such processing, to data portability, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Transfer of data to a third country

The data provided is not currently transferred to a third country/international organization.

Due to the use of services such as Google or Facebook, data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in connection with its storage on American servers (in whole or in part). Google and Facebook use compliance mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (e.g., certificates) or standar contractual clauses. Detailed information is available in the privacy policies of each of these service providers, available on their websites.

Data security

All collected data is protected using appropriate technical and organizational measures and security procedures to protect it from accidental destruction, loss, unauthorized access, or unauthorized use.

Profiling

The Controller may profile personal data, which means that it may use the information it has collected, such as the postal code provided and declared interests, to select a personalized offer that meets the expectations.

IP address storage

The ability to use the OLIWINPRO website requires the temporary registration of your IP address. This type of information is used to evaluate the usability of the website and to optimize it. The website contains links to WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Third parties are unable to match your IP address to the personal data collected by the OLIWINPRO website.
