- a. The data is processed by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (data processing is necessary to respond to inquiries) for contact purposes in connection with sending inquiries to Oliwin’s contact mailboxes.
- b. The data is processed by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in the event of consent to the processing of personal data for direct and personal marketing purposes. The above is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject.

By providing your email address in the contact form, you consent to receiving correspondence and commercial information from the Controller by electronic means to the email address provided in the form, concerning Oliwin services within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002. - d. By providing your telephone number in the contact form, you consent to the Controller providing you with information about Oliwin services by telephone in accordance with the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243).

- a. The Controller will store the data provided on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR until the case is closed.
- b. The Controller will store the data provided on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR until consent to their processing is withdrawn.
